GMO Black Widow Tetras, commonly known as GloFish Tetras, are genetically modified to exhibit bright fluorescent colors under blue LED lights. They are hardy and adaptable fish, suitable for both beginners and experienced aquarists. They thrive in a well-maintained tank with stable water conditions and plenty of plants and open swimming space. These tetras are schooling fish and should be kept in groups of six or more to display their natural behavior and vibrant colors. Their diet should include high-quality flake food, supplemented with live or frozen foods like brine shrimp and daphnia to maintain their health and coloration. Their peaceful nature makes them ideal for community tanks with other small, non-aggressive fish.
