DOA Policy

**All live stock will be covered by our DOA (Dead on arrival) policy.

Any DOA livestock will be refunded or replaced. Customers will need to send a clear video or photo of the livestock in the unopened bag within 1 (one) hour of delivery or first attempt of delivery.**
